CertSnap 24/7 is an ACORD 25 certificate generator built for owner-operators and dispatchers. Save your policy once, then turn any broker COI request into a signed, broker-specific certificate of insurance in about 30 seconds — from the cab, at 2 a.m., with no call to your agent. How the generator works

1. Save your master policy once

Legal business name, DBA, physical address, USDOT and MC numbers, each insurer with its NAIC number, and your auto liability, cargo, general liability and physical damage limits. Every certificate you generate after that reuses this data, so nothing is retyped at a truck stop.

2. Drop in the broker's COI request

Certificate holder name and address, attention line, delivery email, load or reference number, and the endorsements they demand — Additional Insured, Loss Payee, 30-Day Notice of Cancellation, Waiver of Subrogation. If the broker filed the request through our portal, all of it is already prefilled.

3. Sign and send the ACORD 25

Sign with a finger on the phone, preview the finished ACORD 25, then email it. The broker gets a branded email with a secure seven-day download link, and the request flips to Sent with a timestamp you can show compliance.

Answering a COI request the broker will accept

A COI request is a broker or shipper asking for written proof that your coverage is active before they tender a load. It normally arrives by email or through a compliance portal and names the exact holder, limits and endorsements they need. Brokers can also file a COI request straight to you here: they enter your USDOT or MC number in the broker portal, and it lands in your Broker requests inbox with a tracking link, already prefilled for the generator.

Why drivers use it instead of waiting on an agent

Correct ACORD 25 layout

Producer, insured, insurer letters and NAIC numbers, coverage rows, remarks and holder box sit exactly where a compliance reviewer expects them.

Broker-specific, not generic

Each certificate names one holder and one load reference, which is what brokers ask for when they reject a recycled PDF.

Any hour, no agent

Weekend and after-hours COI requests are the ones that cost loads. The generator does not keep office hours.

Delivery you can prove

Every send is logged; bounced or failed emails are recorded as failures instead of a false success, so you can resend to a corrected address.

Start with a free certificate

The free certificate carries a SAMPLE ONLY watermark so you can see the exact output. Solo is $29/month and Fleet is billed per truck — both remove the watermark and unlock unlimited broker-ready certificates.
