- Is there a free option?
- Yes — every new account can generate one broker COI free, with no watermark, so it is ready to send. After that first certificate you need a paid plan to keep issuing.
- Who should pick Roadside instead of Solo?
- Roadside is $99 a year for 12 clean certificates — right for an owner-operator who tenders to the same one or two brokers. If you send certificates most weeks, Solo at $39 a month is unlimited and cheaper per certificate.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual plans are billed at ten months for twelve — two months free. Solo is $390 per year, Dispatcher Portal is $790 per year, and Fleet is ten times its monthly per-truck rate.
- Why does Fleet start at three trucks?
- Fleet is a per-truck rate with a three-truck minimum, so one or two trucks always belong on Solo. The rate then drops automatically: $20 per truck for 3-5, $15 for 6-20 and $12 for 21 or more.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Any time. Roadside to Solo, Solo to Fleet, monthly to annual, or adding trucks takes effect immediately and is prorated on the spot.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep your plan through the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to the free tier. Your stored documents stay put.
