Billing questions
- Is there a free option?
- Yes — every new account can generate one broker COI free. Free-tier certificates carry a SAMPLE ONLY watermark so they are never mistaken for a live certificate.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual plans are billed at ten months for twelve — two months free. Solo is $290 per year and Fleet is $200 per truck per year.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Any time. Solo to Fleet, monthly to annual, or adding trucks takes effect immediately and is prorated on the spot.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep unlimited certificates through the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to the free tier. Your stored documents stay put.
