No. A certificate is evidence of coverage that already exists. If a broker requires an endorsement your policy does not carry, your agent has to add it to the policy itself.

What does the broker actually receive?

A branded email with a secure download link to the signed ACORD 25, valid for seven days, plus their tracking link. Any CC address you add receives its own copy.

How do I know it arrived?

The request flips to Sent with a timestamp, and the delivery is logged. If an email bounces or fails, the failure is recorded instead of a false success, so you can resend to a corrected address.
